Our Senior Reps are the face of SCP brand. They represent our style, energy, and values both online and in their communities. As a Senior Rep, you’ll help promote upcoming sessions, share your experience, and create excitement around our work — all while being featured in exclusive shoots and creative projects.
Senior Reps are kind, outgoing, and supportive leaders who love being in front of the camera and inspiring others. This role is about more than photos it’s about building community, spreading positivity, and helping others feel confident in their own skin!

The Senior Representative Program is designed to be a positive, professional, and rewarding experience. To ensure clarity and commitment, the following expectations apply to all accepted Senior Representatives:
By participating in the SCP Senior Rep Program, the student and parent/guardian agree to the following:
Exclusivity
The Senior Representative agrees to exclusively promote and work with Steph Cano Photography during their senior year and throughout their time in the program. The student may not promote, represent, or model for other photographers during this period.Social Media Participation
Follow all official SCP social media platforms.
Share images and behind-the-scenes content from each session.
Post a minimum of one permanent (hard) post per month.
Share SCP-related content via stories at least twice per month.
Referrals
Refer a minimum of one senior who books a session with SCP during the program year.Participation in Styled Shoots
Attend at least two scheduled styled group shoots (unless excused for approved reasons).Professional Conduct
Arrive on time to all sessions and events.
Communicate promptly regarding scheduling or concerns.
Maintain a positive attitude and encourage fellow team members.
Be kind, respectful, and supportive in all group interactions, including the team group chat.
Brand Representation
Follow outfit guidelines and styling recommendations for sessions.
Represent SCP in a respectful and professional manner both online and in person.
The Senior Rep Program is intended to foster confidence, leadership, and community. We value clear communication and mutual respect between students, parents, and Steph Cano Photography to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
We are looking for girls who lead with kindness, positivity, and encouragement. Our Senior Rep team is built on support and genuine friendships, not competition. We want girls who are uplifting, inclusive, and excited to cheer each other on both in front of the camera and behind the scenes.
This program is for seniors who are ready to have fun, make new friendships, and grow in confidence throughout their senior year. We value positive attitudes, respectful behavior, and a willingness to help others feel seen and celebrated. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who truly wants to be part of Steph Cano Photography — someone who is excited to represent our brand and be an active, supportive member of the SCP family.
